Student Loan Counseling Interview - EXITWelcome to the University of Colorado Denver Exit Counseling Session.Diploma and/or transcripts are being withheld pending completion of this exit counseling session. The session will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
You will need the following information before starting:
Names,
Phone numbers,
Addresses of parents,
Employers,
and at least 2 other references residing at different addresses.
For Primary Care Loans & Disadvantaged Loans (both Medical and Dental), you will also be required to provide the following information:
Name and address of high school
Expected date of graduation
Complete address of grandparents
Complete address/es of brothers and sisters over 18 not living at home
Address and phone number/s of automobile and life (if applicable) insurance company or agent
List of credit cards, charge accounts, and/or any other loans
Name and location of bank at which you have an account
